During its last audit in 2019, UBAF obtained a score of 83/100. We intend to progress in the coming years

The health and well-being of UBAF employees is a constant concern for our General Management. We try to progress every day in order to enhance our working environment and make UBAF a better place to work. 

The career development of everyone, men and women alike, remains key to our shared success. 

The pay equity index for women and men allows us to measure our commitment and progress.
